The Pre-purchase Proposed Development Appraisal gives you:
- Proposed Design Appraisal
We provide advice on both the design aspects of your future development/renovation requirements including associated services, non-construction related costs and the likely program to construction commencement.
- Existing and Proposed Construction Appraisal
We assess the construction aspects of your future development / renovation requirements including costs of new work and the cost of remedial work to existing structures based on your requirements for the property.
Fees
An appraisal involves a 1-hour on site consultation and subsequent report outlining our findings on the above basis. The cost of this service is a flat fee of $900 +GST within the Sydney metropolitan area.
Successful Property Purchase
If your offer on the property is successful we can formally prepare a fee proposal for any design or construction service you decide to proceed with.
