Our People
Clinton Cole is the managing director of CplusC and has almost twenty years of experience in the architecture and building industry. He holds two degrees in Architecture from the University of Sydney, and is a registered architect, a licensed builder and accredited construction supervisor. The practise is a working example of his personal philosophy – architectural integrity + building craftsmanship. His team includes associate director Karl White, and a multi-talented team of dedicated individuals who share his passion for architecture and building artisanship.
At the core of CplusC is a commitment to delivering creatively conceived and well executed projects. Significantly, the practice has the unique ability to manage the project’s budgets and timeframes throughout the design process giving clients assurance and security. The team bring a deep understanding and collaborative nature to all their work.

DirectorClinton is the founding director of CplusC. He holds two degrees in Architecture from the University of Sydney and is a registered architect, a licensed builder and accredited construction supervisor with the NSW Office of Fair Trading. -
Karl White
Associate DirectorKarl holds an honours degree in Architecture from the University of Sydney. He brings a focus on environmentally sustainable design and the technical delivery of sustainable systems to each project. -
Dean Turnbull
Construction ManagerDean has a long and experienced history with a construction company and is in charge of managing all construction. He is organised, has an astute attention to detail and manages all construction on every project. -
Jim O’Brien
Project ArchitectJim completed a National Diploma in Architectural Technology at the Waterford Institute of Technology in 1994, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College in 2006. -
Johnny Mrljak
Project ArchitectJohnny completed a Bachelor of Architecture in 2007 and a Master of Architecture in 2009 at the University of New South Wales. His architectural interests lie in the confluence of creative and practical design methods. -
Lynette Loo
Project ArchitectLynette completed a Master of Architecture at Sydney University and holds a full time graduate position with the company. She is responsible for sourcing and coordinating new marketing opportunities for CplusC. -
Ryan Ng
Architectural AssistantRyan graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Master of Architecture, and joined CplusC after working with award-winning firms in Launceston. He loves to travel and is an avid photographer. -
Sophie Woodcock
Architectural AssistantSophie is a postgraduate at Sydney University and takes responsibility for sourcing and negotiating the best possible rates from suppliers for our clients and their projects. -
Hannelore Henning
Office ManagerHannelore is in charge of the seamless running of the practise and brings efficiency to the team. She develops productive working relationships with clients, staff and suppliers. -
Tom Moore
Site ManagerTom is a top leading hand; dedicated, reliable and dependable. After spending time in Australia from 2008, he moved from the U.K to Sydney to undertake building studies while continuing his indispensable role in our site team. -
Ben Cherote
Site ForemanBen delivers the skills of a master builder with a methodical approach to our construction projects and a focus on on-time delivery. A licensed builder, he has extensive experience constructing high quality residential projects. -
Cody Casley
Site ForemanCody is passionate about building, and has extensive experience managing architecturally designed construction projects. He brings to each project a high level of efficiency, dedication and an exceptional eye for detail. -
Glenn Bell
Site ForemanWith a background in both carpentry and photography Glenn's interest in both building and architecture is perfectly suited to the demanding role required of a Site Foreman on CplusC projects. Glen has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects throughout his 15 year carrer in the industry. -

Food LoverThe grand dame of the pack, Levi spends a lot of time testing the comfort levels of her doona. After years of experience in the building game, she is rarely amused by the office antics. Her interests are food and more food.
