Sustainability
Before solar panels and watertanks were buzz words, the practise adhered to a sustainable
design and building philosophy.
Rather than regarding them as a series of obligations or source of additional costs, the practise has integrated sustainable building practise into all of our projects.
We are committed to energy efficiency by employing innovative passive solar design to decrease reliance on heating and cooling, and encourage use of energy efficient products and alternative energy systems. We select materials that maximise thermal performance while minimising carbon emissions produced through embodied energy. Recent changes in planning legislation are forcing changes to the way buildings are designed and built, and we are proud to produce socially responsible design projects.
