Design Team Manager
Lachlan Delaney
As Design Manager, Lachlan works closely with CplusC’s diverse team to ensure that each project is rigorous in conception and precise in delivery. Holding degrees in Design and Architecture (Hons I) from the University of Sydney, Lachlan has collaborated with architects including Richard Leplastrier and Paul Pholeros since 2002 on urban and remote projects in Papua New Guinea, South Africa and throughout Australia.
This experience carries with it a belief in the creative synergy of the design and construction process, founded upon close client collaboration and the values of listening and respect. Each project is an exploration, revealing layered qualities of the site, in search of a deep appreciation of people and place.
Design Team Leaders
Karl White
Karl has over 12 years experience in the architectural and construction industry, and holds an honours degree in Architecture from the University of Sydney. Having been with CplusC for the last ten years, and with a deep understanding of horticulture and ecology, he brings a focus on environmentally sustainable design and product delivery to each project. Karl has worked on all of CplusC's award winning projects, in addition to a variety of medium sized residential and landscape projects, both on the drawing board and on the tools.
Few designers have the experience and skill Karl offers in the design of pre-fabrication systems that specifically aim for speed in construction without compromise of design intent. Karls' dual role as technical project manager during construction and project leader during the design process have allowed him to develop skills that are unique to both the design and construction industries.
Brendan Worsley
Brendan completed his Bachelor of Arts in architecture and Bachelor of Architecture at UTS. He has extensive onsite experience in addition to 5 years experience in architectural practices within the Sydney Area. Brendan has a strong interest in the efficiencies provided in combining the design and build process.
In a recent project in Papua New Guinea, he was part of a community funded venture to repatriate a small coastal village threatened by rising sea levels. Brendan is passionate about working collaboratively and engaging with community while developing beautiful, functional and buildable buildings.

Electrician
Jeremy Davies
Having worked with CplusC as a sub-contractor since 2001 Jeremy found himself working almost the entirety of his week on CplusC sites. It was a natural progression to take on a full time position with the company in 2008. His full time role and 25 years of experience allows for an unsurpassed delivery of electrical planning, design and installation for our clients and our projects without the time and cost inefficiencies associated with traditional builder-subcontractor-architect-client arrangements. Jeremy provides a personal touch to the electrical component of any project including any follow up service required by our clients after project delivery.
Leading Hands
Tom Moore
Tom is one of our top leading hands; dedicated, reliable and dependable. After spending time in Australia from 2008, he moved from the U.K to Sydney early 2009 to undertake building studies while continuing his indispensible role as a valued member of our Site Team.
Sam Baldwin
Sam is an enthusiastic leading hand, hardworking and effective in managing subcontractors on-site. With a background in Formworking, Sam broadens the skill base of our Site Team.
Accounts Payable / Office Manager
Hannelore Henning
Hannelore brings efficiency to the CplusC team, developing productive working relationships with Clients, Staff and Suppliers. With a broad experience base, Hannelore facilitates the smooth running of both the office and site teams.
Canine Cacophony
The stars of our operation have always been the dogs. Adept at multi-tasking, they keep the rest of the staff mustered even in the most trying of situations.
Kayla
Kayla holds a PhD in Canine Phenomenology in Architectural Design. Constantly in demand as guest lecturer at Harvard GSD and the Architecture Association in London, Kayla is top dog for the time she’s in the office. She’s affectionately known amongst the staff as the ‘fun police’ or ‘evil woman’.
Jarrah
Jarrah might be second in charge, but there’s no one who can match his enthusiasm for fetching. Jarrah puts his experience in rounding up stray sheep to good use in keeping wayward council planners in check and roping in DA consents faster than you can say ‘Building Review Committee’.
Levi
The grand dame of the pack, Levi spends a lot of time testing the comfort levels of her doggie doona and those of the other two for that matter. She has years of experience in the building game and so is only occasionally amused by the office antics that Kayla and Jarrah are susceptible to. Her interests are food and more food.
