Work’s begun at Holocene House in Manly, our most sustainable project so far.

We’re excited to break ground on this one. When finished, this comfortable and luxurious family home will give back abundantly to the environment instead of merely sustaining it.

From concept to construction, regenerative design principles  lead at every stage. The completed home will be both an exemplar and a testing ground for some of the latest biophilic design strategies .

Like Carl Sagan says, what happens next to our planet and to us depends on what we do here and now. We hope this house will help to light the way forward.
